Most places will tell you how friendly and nice they are. But it’s still daunting going into a class of established people who know each other.
It’s important to us to do what it takes for people to feel welcome and included and we have dedicated our last 8 years to building our community.

Improving health and movement is our main focus so we’re not purists of the disciplines of Pilates and yoga. Have fun, do the exercises and stretches, then go back to your life feeling better!
