You’re ready to make positive changes to improve your health. You’re ready to add some exercise to your busy lifestyle and other activities to get rid of your aches and pains. You know that if you could de-stress more often your back and neck ache will disappear!
The problems you have right now
You’re fed up of feeling older than you are because of your back ache, or stiff joints. You groan every time you get out of a chair, it takes you a few minutes to straighten up when you get out of bed in the morning. You don’t want to do vigorous exercise because you’re worried it might make it worse. You don’t know what it is that causes your back ache – OR you’ve had your aches and pains for so long you can’t remember a time when you didn’t ache!
What you need help with right now
You want someone who knows what they’re doing to show you some exercises, stretches and poses to get rid of your aches and pains. You want a friendly place to do these exercises and non-competitive atmosphere. You want to come to a small studio where the teacher knows who you are, what you can do and has a client centred approach.

- Unlimited class timetable, attend your favourite class weekly or try a new one each week.
- Regular workshops for more in depth knowledge of topics – such as ‘Happy Hips’, ‘Improve your Pelvic Floor’ and ‘Better Balance’ among others
