“Katie made me feel at ease and explained what she was doing throughout the massage. She identified the specific problem areas , adjusting the intensity when necessary. I felt the massage was tailored specifically to my needs and not a generic ‘one style suits’ all procedure..”

Diane Clough, HOH Member

I came for a treatment because I have aches and pains and I find massage therapeutic and enjoyable. Great massage, lovely aromas, lovely atmosphere, first class massage therapist.  The fact I keep coming back for more is testament to the service at HoH and the abilities of all staff from the welcome through the treatment

Tim, 56

I came for Reflexology for relaxation but it always helps me with ailments.  It is so relaxing, de-stresses me and it is helping me sleep through the night.  I wasn’t sure if I would like my feet touching but it was so relaxing.

Sports Massage, also known as Soft Tissue Therapy

It’s known as Soft Tissue Therapy because we can work on many of the structures in your body to help bring relief to aches and pains.

Bad neck?  Aching back?  Stiff hips?  Sore Shoulders?  Soft Tissue Therapy can help relieve these with a combination of hands on techniques we have, including massage.

It is great for people who have aches and pains, are very active and want their muscles stretched and relaxed as well as anyone who like a deep tissue massage.

Treatments are done to the client’s tolerance (we don’t think massage should hurt!) and we can help with specific injuries or conditions, for example – arthritis, knotty and tense shoulders, sprained ankles and plantar fasciitis.

Sports massage can be a full body MOT for active people and will leave you feeling invigorated.

Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage

We’re experts at BNS!  It’s our favourite thing to do and our clients love it.  This is a deep tissue massage perfect for easing off sore shoulders, dodgy necks and bad backs.

We spend the full hour of the treatment on your BNS and it feels blissful.

You will get off the couch feeling better straight away.  We have the skills to properly assess your problem and help you work towards a resolution with our sports therapy and massage techniques.

Holistic Facial

Needing a Rosy Glow on your skin?  Let us cleanse, refresh and rejuvenate your skin whilst relaxing with the aromatherapy oils used in the products.  This treatment includes a scalp massage, as well as face, neck and shoulder massage.

Cleanse away the dead skin cells, revealing fresh, bright and super soft skin.

Hot Stones Massage

A luxury, deep tissue massage without the work of a sports massage.  Deeply relaxing and brilliant in the colder weather this treatment will soothe aching muscles and bring your shoulders back down from your ears.

This is full body massage, using the stones to massage you with.  The heat penetrates the muscles and improves the blood flow, reducing the fatigue.
