We offer everyone an opportunity to come and take a FREE Class first. This means that you are able to come along to see if you like the studio and like our classes first. We are then able to sit down with you to discuss the journey you are wanting to make and which membership is best suited for your needs.

We currently offer three tiers of Memberships to our clients РMove Me, Move Unlimited and Move and Unwind. The more you visit us the more you save on your membership!  You can also treat yourself to one of our many Massage packages too!

Our Move Me Membership Package:

  1. Gives you access to 5 classes per month.
  2. No fixed contracts.
  3. You get access to 4 inclusive Workshops throughout the year.
  4. You can join in on our Social Events including our Regular Monthly Walk.
  5. All bookings are made using our own MindBody App that we install on your mobile phone.

Our Move Unlimited Membership Package:

  1. Unlimited access to classes each month.
  2. No fixed contracts.
  3. You get access to 4 inclusive Workshops throughout the year.
  4. You can join in on our Social Events including our Regular Monthly Walk.
  5. All bookings are made using our own MindBody App that we install on your mobile phone.

Our Move and Unwind Membership Package:

  1. Gives you access to unlimited classes each month.
  2. No fixed contracts.
  3. You get access to 4 inclusive Workshops throughout the year.
  4. You can choose one Therapeutic Treatment per month.
  5. You can join in on our Social Events including our Regular Monthly Walk.
