About our classes

We have studio based classes.

  • We only have 12 people in our classes.  This is so that we can watch your movement and help you improve.
  • Click this link to book Intro to Pilates and Intro to Yoga
  • If you’ve never done a class with us before and you are coming for a free taster class, you will be asked to complete and sign a Health Form before your class.  Please arrive 10 mins early to give you time to do this.
  • All classes must be booked at least 2 hours before.
  • We offer rolling contract monthly memberships that allow you to choose and plan ahead for your classes, keeping a regular commitment to get the results you want.
  • We do not offer drop in classes.
  • Our doors close 3 mins BEFORE class has started.  This is to ensure safety and effectiveness of the class as well as avoid disruption to the class members.
  • There are a variety of workshops planned for the year, see reception for more details.
